We have received some lovely remarks over the last 3 weeks. Regarding how we have created a safe environment for our customers and staff during these unprecedented times.

“Nicely laid out displays, visited first weekend of opening – staff were brilliant, plenty of hand-wash stations and everything clearly marked! Keep up the good work”.

“We had a lovely day today. We have really missed our outings since lockdown. All your staff were helpful and polite”.

“Thank you to all the staff we had a fabulous day. Every Building is well organised and everyone so friendly and welcoming.”

“Well planned you have worked well for the re-opening”.

Our coffee shop in Building 1 is now fully operational with seating available inside and in our garden area. We have had to remove some tables to comply with social distancing and will be monitoring this during busier periods.

Our toilets are available (Coffee Shop, The Guardroom and Building 3).

One-Way System clearly marked throughout our walkways in all buildings making sure every dealer space is viewed.

Hand Sanitising Stations available outside all buildings.

Perspex Screens at our counters to protect all of us.

Gloves Available to handle items.

Group Size limited in some areas of the buildings.

Limited Numbers during busy periods (you may need to queue) – Volunteer social distancing wardens will be on hand to make sure people are observing the rules.

Contactless Payments will be encouraged where possible throughout all buildings.
(cash accepted too)

We would like to thank all our customers, dealers, and staff for your continued support and look forward to welcoming you all again.
